HKD 100,000 target
A provisional per-feeder commitment target, not an available or legally approved minimum. Actual minimums may differ. It is separate from professional-investor eligibility.
Proposed pooled feeder access / Hong Kong
A proposed way for eligible Hong Kong investors and family offices to pool commitments in dedicated feeder vehicles, which would invest in underlying private equity funds. A proposed HKD 100,000 default commitment per entity, itemised costs and HKD-first reporting — with clear visibility of future capital obligations.
Demonstration only. Investment access and minimums remain subject to legal and commercial validation.
How pooled access would work
A feeder would aggregate commitments into one vehicle, subject to the underlying manager’s consent and legal approval. Investors would hold an interest in the feeder, not a direct interest in the underlying fund.
Each individual or corporate subscribing entity needs its own eligibility and authority checks.
The feeder would aggregate investors’ commitments, with its own terms, expenses and administration.
The underlying manager would accept the feeder subject to its minimum, diligence and look-through requirements.

Understand commitments, paid-in and unfunded capital in HKD, alongside source currency and dated FX assumptions. HKD display does not mean HKD denomination or currency hedging.
A family office could see a consolidated view while each entity retains separate eligibility, commitments and cash flows. No transfers between entities are implied.
Explore how pooling smaller commitments could make an institutional-sized investment more practical, with itemised costs and a clearer view of future calls. The proposed HKD 100,000 entry target is not a guarantee of access, eligibility or commercial viability.
Understand separate subscribing entities and a consolidated HKD reporting view, while preserving entity-level eligibility, representatives, obligations and ownership. Consolidation would not move capital between entities.
